"I have already used the information to persuade several clients to streamline their checkout processs and to offer next day delivery. Next time, could ask about the use of postcode lookup services and how that impacts the checkout completion stats?"

"I have just read the E-business Benchmark Report and simply wanted to say thank you for producing this well-presented and easy-to-read report.  I felt it was time well spent in reading through it.  My online business is just about to update its website, so it was reassuring to read that I've mostly got it right, but also to identify areas where I need to focus more closely."

"Great report and well formatted, great to compare with other information being passed around. Would also be prepared to take part in another research questionnaire in the future."
